Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is an OUTRAGEOUSLY FUN and challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles. It is high intensity and low impact, so it is a safe practice for all fitness levels. It is a training system which combines Pilates deep core strengthening with high intensity interval training (HIIT), it is normally performed in a heated room so grab your mat, a space heater, a humidifier (if you don’t have those, don’t worry, you will still get a great workout).
Bikram Yoga (60 min)
This all-levels class is based on the Bikram Hatha yoga sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. It will increase your strength, balance, focus and flexibility. This 60 minute version is normally practiced in a heated room. Grab your mat, space heater and humidifier (don’t worry if you don’t have those) and get ready for a fantastic workout!!
Yin Yoga 75min w/ Steph 3/29/20
This non-heated, slow-paced class is perfect for all levels. The restorative postures are held longer with the help of props (yoga blocks, pillows or rolled up blankets). Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — as well as the muscles. This increases blood flow to the joints increasing range of motion in the hips, lower back and sacrum.
