This yin yoga experience is matched with pranayama + guided meditation. Expect to delve into a deeper understanding of the multiple bodies we explore through the yin yoga practice + rebound.
Adjustments + Massage given throughout both sessions!
Session I focuses on the front body + Session II focuses on the back body.
