This Hot Yoga Class is the traditional yoga class of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that works through every system of your body. PERFECT FOR BEGINNERS! Class is practiced in 105 degrees and 40% humidity. We offer 90-minute classes and an Express 60-minute classes; GREAT when you are short on time or want to add a second workout to your day.
Inferno Hot Pilates is an OUTRAGEOUSLY FUN and challenging full-body workout using Pilates principles. It is high intensity and low impact, so it is a safe practice for all fitness levels. It is a training system which combines Pilates principles (deep core strengthening) with high intensity interval training (HIIT) and is performed in a room heated to 95 degrees Fahrenheit and 40% humidity.
Yin Yoga – Deep Stretch
This non-heated, slow-paced class is perfect for all levels. The restorative postures are held longer with the help of props. Yin yoga targets our deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues — ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body — as well as the muscles. This increases blood flow to the joints increasing range of motion in the hips, lower back and sacrum.
